Who We Are

Nathan Withrington and Alasdair Clements are the founding partners of GoCar Rentals. When they’re not in the shop tuning engines, getting dirty, and looking after their growing fleet of talking cars, Nathan and Alistair oversee a technology and software development team as well as a tour development group.

Nathan, an engineering graduate from Nottingham Trent University , has been involved with motorcycle maintenance and riding most of his life. He is also an experienced pilot who fully understands the benefits and possibilities of GPS technology. These interests combined with his software development skills, strong business background, and technical know-how led to his idea for GoCar in early 2003. By February of 2004, GoCar was launched and the storytelling cars were on the street creating a buzz.

Alasdair has worked along side Nathan from the company’s inception, helping to make GoCar’s vision a reality. He’s the numbers guy, managing the company’s rapid growth and day-to-day operations. Along with his business sense, he brings to the team a background in finance, real estate and business operations.
