To experience a GPS-guided tour in a talking car and have a memorable adventure in San Francisco , we recommend you make a reservation at least 24-hours in advance. When you arrive to pick up your car, tell us if you want a foreign-language tour. We offer tours in Italian, Spanish, French, German and English.

Cancellation Policy
If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservations, our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you call within 24 hrs in advance of your reserved time to cancel, then there is a full refund. In the event you call within 24 hrs of your reservation time, then there is a $20 cancellation fee per GoCar. The balance will be refunded to your credit card. In the event of rain, it is still possible to take a tour with us, or you can take a rain check. We are available 1-800-914-6227. Please note our Union Sq store opens at 9am.
Confirmation & Travel Voucher
When your rental booking is confirmed you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Vouchers. Print voucher on your home/office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the GoCar Rental Office. We receive confirmation at the time of booking.
Reservations are subject to availability.
